Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related areas.
• Leadership or management experience overseeing supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Supply Chain operations including procurement, warehouse, and logistics.
• Establish department priorities, goals, and operating standards aligned with company objectives.
• Manage staffing, workload planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee purchasing activities, supplier relationships, contract compliance, and procurement processes.
• Provide oversight of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, storage, shipping, and material handling.
• Coordinate logistics planning, freight, and transportation activities; monitor inventory levels and reconciliation.
• Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Field Services to ensure material readiness.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Supply Chain personnel; conduct performance evaluations.

KeyResponsibilities

Warehouse&Logistics

• Provideoversightofwarehouseoperations,inventorymanagement,receiving,storage,shipping,andmaterialhandling.


• Ensurematerialsareaccuratelytracked,protected,andavailabletosupportprojectschedules.


• Overseelogisticsplanning,freightcoordination,andtransportationactivities.


• Monitorinventorylevelsandsupportmaterialcontrolandreconciliationefforts.

Project&Cross-FunctionalSupport

Qualifications

Education

Experience

• Seven(7)ormoreyearsofprogressivelyresponsibleexperienceinsupplychain,procurement,logistics,warehouseoperations,orconstruction/projectsupport.


• Previousleadershipormanagementexperienceoverseeingsupplychainteams.


• Experiencesupportingproject-basedoperationsandcross-functionalteams.

Knowledge&Skills

• Strongknowledgeofprocurement,inventorymanagement,warehouseoperations,logistics,andsuppliermanagement.


• Excellentleadership,communication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
