Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced warehouse and logistics supervisor to oversee storage, handling, and transport activities. You will enforce SHE procedures, manage inventory, and drive supplier negotiations to achieve optimal cost and schedule efficiency.

The role requires strong engineering insight, heavy emphasis on EMS and ERP familiarity, and proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is advantageous for communications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in warehousing, preferably in mining or construction.
• Strong general engineering knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Awareness of ERP systems (e.g. Avantis, SAP, JD Edwards) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to motivate others.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations conform to SHE corporate procedures, SOPs and standards.
• Source and negotiate quotes for road/sea/freight transport to obtain best price and schedules.
• Expedite and supervise order processing, verify receipts and update GRN accurately.
• Supervise packing and transport handling, ensure safe practice and proper recording.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and EMS, monitor risks, and aim for Zero LTI as per ISO standards.
• Support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP compliance.

Job description

Supervise, coordinate and manage warehouse and logistics activities, including hydrocarbon and waste management activities in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics and company’s procedures.

Ensure work warehouse area performed conforms to Health Safety and Environmental (SHE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements. Source and negotiate quotes for road / sea / freight transport provider in order to obtain the best price and time schedules. Best price and time schedules are successfully obtained.

Expedite and supervise the order process, check and receipt material according to the specification by providing GRN to ensure receipting in the system are updated. Reciepting in the system are accurately updated.

Supervise and control packing and transport handling process including stock take material are well recorded and handling properly to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirement and as per standard procedures. All of the handling processes met the safety requirements.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Preferably Engineering major, technical trade, or project type background is required.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 6 years experiences in warehouse preferably in Mining or Construction industries.

Certification
