Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an on-site Maintenance Planning Supervisor to oversee planning and coordination of heavy equipment maintenance in a field environment. You will schedule resources, parts, and tooling with Production and Maintenance to ensure timely progress in alignment with project budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy, broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance, and a strong grasp of mechanical availability.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years in heavy/mobile maintenance strategy.
• Field experience with planned maintenance concepts.
• Strong understanding of mechanical availability and repair methods.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance planning for heavy equipment, ensuring resources, parts, tooling are aligned with production and maintenance.
• Schedule work with production and maintenance to meet the project timeline and budget.
• Provide formal analysis on asset performance relative to maintenance plans; support improvement initiatives.
• Ensure SHE programs are implemented and SHE risks are mitigated; maintain compliance with ISO/standards.

Supervise maintenance planning activities on site/in the field incl. plan, coordinate, schedule, and monitor all maintenance planning activities in > 1-3 months horizon pertaining to asset project (heavy equipment) in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 2-3 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
• Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
• Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
• Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
