Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Nampa, ID is seeking a Distribution Center Maintenance Tech III to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain powered equipment, facility and grounds to keep a safe, productive environment for teammates, vendors and visitors.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across conveyors, forklifts, battery systems, dock equipment, racking, lighting and HVAC, and document parts and time in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse maintenance role delivering maintenance on power equipment (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or training in mechanical, electrical, welding, and HVAC controls is a plus.
• Trade/technical certifications related to facility maintenance are a plus; MHE certification or specialized training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt professional service to ensure DC assets are maintained and the work environment remains safe.
• Record all time and parts in the CMMS to maintain inventory and man-hour reporting.
• Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance across conveyors, forklifts, power equipment, batteries, dock equipment, racking, lighting, and HVAC.
• Observe machine systems for safe operation and communicate issues.
• Follow vendor procedures and safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash) during maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize duties based on impact and business needs.
• Share experience and mentor others to strengthen the team.
• Perform other general maintenance tasks as assigned.
