Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical and other facility systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance within manufacturer guidelines and timelines.
• Log time and materials and keep PMs and inventory in CMMS.
• Interpret plans and manuals and perform tasks per SOPs and safety rules.
• Repair dock doors and install racks as needed.
• Assist in battery and MHE maintenance and repairs.
