Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience performing general building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical building construction of commercial properties.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic building maintenance tasks or assists vendors on more complex tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, and repairs to material handling equipment.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment for distribution associates.
• Performs limited preventative maintenance inspections on warehouse equipment assets and buildings.
• Delivers equipment status reports on open and closed maintenance work orders.
• Provides operational support for general warehouse duties and assists with parts inventory management.
