Responsibilities

• Completes basic building maintenance tasks or coordinates with vendors for more complex tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical lighting, HVAC, and material handling equipment repairs)
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work environment for distribution associates
• Performs limited preventative maintenance inspections on warehouse equipment and facilities
• Delivers equipment status reports on open and closed maintenance work orders
• Provides operational support for general warehouse duties
• Assists with parts inventory management and reports maintenance problems to management
• Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, and other powered equipment
• Ensures hazardous materials are properly stored, managed, and maintained
