Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in De Pere, Wisconsin, offering weekly pay, excellent benefits and a career you can feel good about. The role maintains day-to-day operations and the physical assets under the Maintenance Manager/Operations Manager and supports a safety‑driven, state-of-the-art facility.

Expect $25.50 per hour with a schedule Tuesday–Friday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth in a company that emphasizes safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
