McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance II in Minnesota. The role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and other DC systems.

You will diagnose issues, source parts, weld when needed, and ensure proper documentation of parts and labor. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with forklifts and related machinery, and the ability to read electrical schematics while complying with OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, doors, and air systems.
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot malfunctions using specifications.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Ensure spare parts usage, inventory and labor are tracked and documented.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
