Are you a self-motivated, highly organized team-player with experience providing equipment, machinery, structures, and grounds maintenance? Position Overview: We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Maintenance Team Lead to oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including conveyors, robotics, sortation systems, and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • MHE Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Oversee electrical and mechanical conveyance systems, ensuring smooth operation.

  • Equipment Optimization – Adjust scanners, cameras, scales, and printer applicators for accuracy.

  • Component Repairs – Reset, replace, and maintain belts, chains, bearings, rollers, and pulleys.

  • Control Systems – Install and troubleshoot relay logic, sensors, motor starters, solenoids, and frequency inverters.

  • PLC & Robotics – Diagnose and repair PLC programs, field buses, communication modules, and robotic systems.

  • Power Systems – Troubleshoot power distribution, transformers, lighting, and circuits up to 480V.

  • Emergency Repairs – Plan and execute urgent repairs on critical assets.

  • Work Order Management – Use mobile tools to log maintenance data and parts used via CMMS.

  • Team & Safety Compliance – Foster collaboration and maintain safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance and repair of automated MHE systems, PLCs, and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, including MHE safety standards.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and uphold safety standards.

  • Proven leadership experience

  • Experience training and onboarding techs in a distribution center environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree from a technical/community college or accredited industrial maintenance certifications (PLCs, Industrial Networks, Machine Logic, Robotics).

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move boxes, tools and equipment weighing 50 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time, as well as bend. stoop, crawl, stretch, climb, and lift repeatedly. Candidates must be able to work in various climates and conditions both indoors and outdoors.
