As a part of the Telecare Family, La Paz is a 148-bed Gero-Psychiatric center serving adults aged 55 and older.
Expected starting wage range is $49.74 - $61.45 per hour. We pay differentials! Weekend shift differentials for hourly staff include 5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, and 15% for Weekend Overnight shifts. Additionally, Telecare applies geographic differentials to pay ranges based on the location of the role. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above minimum requirements.
Shift differentials for hourly staff are 6% for PM shift and 10% for Overnight shift. Weekend shift differentials are as mentioned above.
The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatments, including medications, as prescribed by the physician. The RN Supervisor ensures safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care according to established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Requires sitting, squatting, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 pounds, walking, standing, bending, reaching, grasping, manual dexterity, and exposure to hazards like bloodborne pathogens and chemicals.
