Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Ensure receipts are documented and verified against the packing slip.
• Cross-check boxes against the freight manifest and inspect for damage.
• Report damage or discrepancies to the carrier and document accordingly.
• Unpack parts within a controlled environment and log into SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor parts and store in approved container.
• Validate quantity discrepancies and documentation discrepancies for Quality Team review.
• Route new parts and airworthiness certs to storeroom and coordinate dock activities.
• Escalate problem parts for timely resolution with Materials Supervisor.
