Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive over 760,000 items annually as part of a team.
• Unload parts into the facility using PIV, MHE, and Pallet Jacks.
• Ensure all receipts of goods are documented and verified against the packing slip.
• Cross-check boxes against the freight manifest and inspect for damage.
• Report any damage or discrepancy to the carrier and document in inbound manifest.
• Unpack parts within a controlled environment and log into SAP.
• Match customer service orders to incoming vendor repair parts and place in approved container.
• Validate quantity and document discrepancies with Quality Team.
• Route parts and airworthiness certificates to storeroom and coordinate dock activities.
• Escalate problem parts to Materials Supervisor for timely resolution.
• Assist in clearing documents and Open Purchase Orders via SAP MB01.
• Monitor unloading fuel into storage tanks and manage spills following procedures.
