Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support efficient warehouse operations. You will perform picking, packing, counting cargo, staging and loading goods, and use hand trucks or pallet jacks.

You will ensure accurate inventory movement, assist with receiving, storage, and distribution, and participate in training new hires as needed. A forklift certification and a HS diploma are typically required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically at least two years warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift certification within 3 to 6 months of hire; valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Execute manual labor functions: picking, counting, staging and loading goods; use hand truck or pallet jack.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials; prepare and assemble orders.
• Manage sorting and placement of materials on racks and shelves according to codes.
• Lead operator potential in smaller teams; assist with training and basic instructions.
• Operate forklift when required and register inventory movements and documents.
• Identify and resolve operational concerns; monitor maintenance tasks and safety.
