Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Millington, TN to support essential warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include order assembly, inventory control, and equipment use (hand tools and forklift when trained). Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire.
• Valid state driver's license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Execute manual labor: picking inventory, counting cargo, product and material and hand staging and loading goods.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within assigned area.
• Manage sorting and placement of materials on racks, shelves, pallets or in bins.
• Potentially lead small teams and train new hires or transfers.
• Operate a forklift when required and fully trained.
• Complete or verify forms, documents, labels to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify operational concerns and assist with resolving.
