Responsibilities

Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Manage cargo from incoming trucks by hand, using equipment like hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklift.
Verify counts and condition of cargo; record receipts and attach proper documentation.
Sort cargo by account or destination and label freight accordingly.
Perform forklift duties and learn containerizing basic loads.
Monitor warehouse maintenance tasks such as sweeping floors and storing equipment.
