Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, and inventory control on a fast-paced dock. You will handle inbound and outbound paperwork, operate RF scanners, and use the WMS to ensure accurate data.

The role requires teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety practices on a busy distribution floor. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and experience with forklifts and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RF scanners.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to load and unload materials.
• Completes inbound/outbound documentation.
• Manages dock door usage and workflow.
• Handles products according to procedures and safety rules.
• Communicates changes in procedures to office personnel.
• Assists inbound operations to prioritize receipts based on demand and trailer needs.
• Allocates inbound/outbound workloads for all shifts.
• Performs problem-solving analysis on supply chain and inventory issues.
• Monitors shipment times to meet delivery windows.
• Maintains spreadsheets and reports for management and clients.
