RectorSeal Tejon Ranch in Arvin, CA is seeking a Materials Handler to support the warehouse with picking, packing, and shipping. The role includes quality assurance, cycle counting and housekeeping, with occasional forklift use and overtime during peak periods.

This on-site hourly position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, bilingual Spanish helpful, and JD Edwards ERP familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent or one year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform 8- to 12-hour shifts.

Responsabilités

• Follow all company rules, policies, safety guidelines, quality standards, and process documentation.
• Handle parcel shipping and related shipping functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and upkeep equipment.
• Process, pack, and accurately ship orders.
• Safely move pallets using a pallet jack; occasional forklift operation.
• Assist in daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Overtime may be required during peak times.
