Job summary

RectorSeal is seeking a Materials Handler to provide essential warehouse support, including picking, packing, and cycle counting. This on-site hourly role involves some forklift exposure, shipping/receiving duties, and a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, operating pallet jacks, and collaborating with management to hit objectives. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1 year in warehouse/distribution.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform 8–12 hour shifts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, quality, and process documentation guidelines.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and related warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for equipment.
