Job summary

Network Cabling Services (NCS) is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials to ensure projects stay supplied on time. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and reliable service to field teams.

You will perform cycle counts, load and unload deliveries, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate inventory while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse/inventory/logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Basic computer skills and inventory management helpful.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and organize materials and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and stage items for deliveries and field staff.
• Load/unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
• Track and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with asset management and site logistics.
• Deliver materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
