B.U.L Imports in Miami is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations and support logistics and fulfillment. This hands-on role requires sharp attention to detail, initiative, and strong Excel skills.

You will manage receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping, and you will drive a company van for local pickups and inspections. Fluency in English and a valid license are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving a van or pickup
• Fluent, professional-level English—spoken and written
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and solve problems in real-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Drive a company van to local airports and freight terminals to pick up shipments and inspect incoming goods.
• Utilize Excel to track shipments, update logs, and maintain operational records with precision.
• Verify incoming shipments against invoices, check item conditions, and ensure all orders meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with office staff and leadership to streamline workflow and meet fulfillment timelines.
• Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed and maintained.
