Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of warehouse or supply chain experience required.
• Experience with inventory control, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• APICS/ISM/Supply Chain certification is preferred or willing to complete within two years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations including loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• Coordinate shipping and production priorities with line supervision per MR schedule backlog.
• Ensure safety standards and proper equipment operation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and reconciliations.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
