Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to plan, direct, and optimize warehouse activities in the US. You will oversee receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch, ensure SAP MM/PP integration, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining strict budget adherence.

Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will manage KPIs, coordinate with 3PLs, and lead cycle counts to protect data integrity. This onsite role requires 5+ years in logistics and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations/ Logistics.
• Experience in SAP Warehouse Management and MM/PP modules is required.
• Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI and data analysis is preferred.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services.
• Track and report KPIs against contractual standards and ensure on-time material supply.
• Manage third-party logistics partnerships and optimize costs.
• Develop, propose, and manage the annual warehouse budget within approved financial parameters.
• Lead inventory counts and ensure data accuracy in stock control systems.
