Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Independence, Kansas. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, assist in order processing and logistics coordination, and support the production team with inbound and outbound shipments for local and export customers.

Key duties include resolving delivery issues, maintaining safety standards, preparing operational reports, and organizing documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or related field (GCE A Level also considered).
• 3–5 years experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP experience (training provided); Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and general office and warehouse administrative duties.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the production team, freight forwarders, and clients (local and export).
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality checks, and shipments while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and best practices at all times.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Organize documentation and inventory in preparation for audits.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
