Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in supply chain, logistics, operations or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns.
• Ability to verify inventory and shipment data with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
