Job summary

Blue Streak LLC 1 is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient flow of materials and equipment for field teams in the Kansas City area. You will manage intake, storage, distribution, and documentation while maintaining safety standards and accurate inventory records.

The role requires coordinating with project managers and field supervisors, supervising staff, and optimizing layouts and processes to reduce waste and downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with field teams.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
• Track tools, equipment, vehicles, and supplies.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and trailers.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and secure.
• Maintain material and equipment check-in/check-out systems.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate reorder needs.
• Support field crews with urgent material needs.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and inventory control.
