Job summary

The State of Indiana's Adjutant General's Office is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct cross-functional operations across agency locations and serve as the supply subject matter expert. You will work with the Facilities Directorate to provide an on-time, on-budget logistics solution that supports the agency’s mission.

The role requires extensive experience in program management, budgeting, and compliance, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, compliance, and grants or funding requirements.
• Ability to develop policies and mentor staff across multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee cross-location operations and serve as supply SME.
• Collaborate with Facilities Directorate to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and enforce program policies and procedures.
• Analyze reports, budgets, and grant requirements to improve finances.
• Coordinate and train employees or consultants on program needs.
• Serve as liaison between agency and state/federal partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff; set expectations and provide feedback.
