Confidential is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, coordinate with carriers, and drive efficiency across inventory, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data-driven decision-making, and a solid background in WMS/ERP systems, OSHA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
• Strong understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety regulations.
• Lean or Six Sigma training a plus.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build strong teams, optimize processes, and maintain a safe, compliant warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations Management — Oversee receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Inventory Control — Maintain stock accuracy, lead cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Logistics Coordination — Manage carrier scheduling, freight routing, and on‑time shipments.
• Team Leadership — Recruit, train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates and equipment operators.
• Process Improvement — Implement lean practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Safety & Compliance — Enforce OSHA standards, conduct safety audits, and maintain equipment certifications.

International Shipping & Documentation Required

• Prepare accurate commercial invoices for international shipments.
• Prepare detailed packing lists including quantities, weights, dimensions, values, country of origin, and product descriptions.
• Prepare and review pro forma invoices when required.
• Determine and verify appropriate HS/HTS codes for products.
• Understand country of origin requirements.
• Prepare documentation for import and export customs clearance.
• Coordinate temporary imports and temporary exports for exhibition equipment.
• Understand ATA Carnets and other temporary admission procedures when applicable.
• Work with customs brokers to resolve documentation or clearance issues.
• Understand duties, taxes, VAT/GST, and other import charges.
• Understand Incoterms such as EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP.
• Ensure declared values and product descriptions are accurate and consistent across shipping documents.
• Maintain complete records for every international shipment.
• Coordinate international air freight, ocean freight, and trucking.
• Obtain and compare freight quotes.
• Coordinate container shipments, including FCL and LCL.
• Coordinate domestic trucking, including FTL and LTL shipments.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses, vendors, venues, and exhibition locations.
• Track shipments from pickup through final delivery.Monitor customs clearance and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate urgent and time-sensitive shipments.
• Manage shipments between the United States, Europe, Canada, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.
