Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Kansas to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping for the Cooling business.

You will manage a team, ensure SAP integrity, and drive improvements in space utilization and labor productivity. The role oversees domestic and international shipping and collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to optimize working capital and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, materials, logistics, or supply chain leadership roles.
• Experience owning inventory accuracy, SAP transaction discipline, inventory adjustments, and physical to system inventory reconciliation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put away, storage, material movement, picking, packing, crating, and shipping.
• Directly manage the Materials Supervisor and warehouse personnel with coaching and development.
• Own warehouse inventory accuracy and SAP integrity for materials; ensure timely transactions and adjustments.
• Develop storage location standards, slotting, labeling, and inventory controls in SAP and related systems.
• Lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile inventory to SAP records.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping with Logistics Coordinators; coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory management, space utilization, and labor productivity.
