Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee inventory and SAP processes, and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy. You will manage the Materials Supervisor and a team of associates, ensuring safe handling and timely shipment of goods.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong experience with SAP and OD shipments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive warehouse, materials, or logistics leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put away, storage, and shipping.
Directly manage the Materials Supervisor and warehouse personnel with coaching and development.
Own inventory accuracy and SAP inventory integrity for all materials.
Develop storage standards, slotting strategies, and location control processes.
Lead cycle counts and annual physical inventory; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Monitor inventory performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight partners.
