Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies, a leader in industrial HVAC solutions, seeks a Distribution Coordinator to orchestrate shipment coordination, carrier communication, and ERP-driven processes. You will collaborate with Materials Planning, Warehouse, Project Management, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining rigorous shipping records.

The role demands strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in distribution, logistics, shipping, or related field.
• Experience coordinating shipments, carriers, and customer orders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shipments to meet customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with internal teams and carriers.
• Maintain shipping documentation and system transactions (SAP/ERP).
• Monitor distribution performance and resolve discrepancies.
• Support inventory movements and distribution-related activities.
