Job summary
SPX Technologies in Kansas is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day warehouse operations for the Cooling business unit, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material movement. This role will supervise the Materials Supervisor and warehouse team, overseeing receiving, put-away, inventory control, packing, and shipment preparation.
The role also directs Logistics Coordinators for domestic and international shipments, partners with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, materials, logistics, or supply chain leadership roles.
- Experience leading warehouse operations and personnel.
- Experience with SAP and inventory control practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, put away, storage, movement, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Directly manage the Materials Supervisor and develop warehouse staff.
- Ensure SAP inventory accuracy and material handling discipline.
- Oversee domestic and international shipments and carrier coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and safety.
