Job summary

Kurz Industrial Solutions Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse and driving teams across locations. You will schedule shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and supervise packaging, labeling, and returns in alignment with customer requests.

You will optimize inventory levels, drive improvements in processes, and implement a Warehouse Management System while coaching staff and maintaining strong customer service standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or associate degree in business administration is a plus.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution experience required.
• WMS software experience preferred.
• Excellent data entry and data processing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask both on a team and individually.
• Proven ability to manage processes successfully.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and preparing for shipment.
• Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage stock control, inventory, and staff motivation.
• Develop warehouse processes by analyzing workflows and implementing changes.
• Lead drivers and plan workloads; ensure coverage.
• Manage GPS tracking, optimize routes for efficiency and service.
• Resolve packaging challenges by creating instructions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix shipping/receiving issues.
• Process outbound shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and cycle counts.
• Develop performance improvement plans for workers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews.
• Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
