The role oversees a team of Warehouse Operators and Logistics Coordinators and collaborates with Production, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to meet customer commitments.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through SAP and other tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse, logistics, or distribution team.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations at the Hopewell site, including receiving, storage, finished goods shipments, and material movements.
• Coach, develop, and organize the work of Warehouse Operators and Logistics Coordinators.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service to support operations and customer requirements.
• Maintain safe and compliant operations per regulations and Evonik EHSQ requirements.
• Identify process improvements and digital tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate with external partners to coordinate transportation and resolve issues.
• Establish and monitor performance measures and pursue cost savings and efficiency gains.
