Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 yrs prior forklift experience.
• Logistics warehouse leadership experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with good organizational, math and problem-solving ability.
• Pass LTO training and testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Bilingual communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct work assignments of forklift operators and drivers.
• Foster a culture of safe work practices and teamwork.
• Communicate daily priorities and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate warehouse operations with all departments.
