Job summary

Novolex is hiring a Lift Truck Operator in Bridgeview, IL to safely move and track materials in a high-volume plant. You will operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks, perform cycle counts, and support SAP transactions such as PGI and transfers.

Requirements include 2+ years forklift experience, 1+ year reach truck experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail. This is a full-time role with daytime shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years of sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Minimum one year of stand-up reach truck experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
• Experience using SAP, WMS, RF scanners or similar systems.
• Strong English communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and retrieve raw materials and finished goods accurately.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and other equipment safely.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain organized storage locations and FIFO inventory rotation.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Execute SAP inventory transactions: cycle counts, picks, PGI, transfers.
