Job summary

Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, is seeking a hands-on Logistics Lead to drive daily operations in our distribution center. You’ll lead and support teams across receiving, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment, ensuring workflows run smoothly and problems are solved quickly.

You’ll mentor staff, partner with leadership, and push continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen practices while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse/logistics environment
• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or work order flow
• Familiarity with WMS and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate daily work across warehouse functions
• Support team troubleshooting and operational guidance
• Serve as liaison between employees and management
• Train and mentor employees; act as a subject matter expert (SME)
• Rotate staff across functions based on business needs
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and internal tools to manage workflows
• Identify process improvements and support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment
• Provide feedback to leadership on team performance
