Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 4:00 am–12:30 pm shift. You will lead, train, and mentor teams across receiving, shipping, inventory control, and slotting. Troubleshoot order flow issues using TD SYNNEX systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will provide technical support, supervise performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a high-volume distribution center, with a focus on Lean Sigma and ISO adherence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Internal candidates: 2–3 years in high-volume Logistics/Logistics Center roles; external: 5+ years.
  • Lead experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOPs and logistics processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks across teams (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, slotting) in the Logistics Center.
  • Rotate staff across functions to meet workflow needs.
  • Provide technical support and communicate across all levels.
  • Act as a manager's extension and give performance feedback.
  • Serve as a SME and resolve issues related to order flow and product movement.
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System to optimize workflow.
  • Train and mentor employees on best practices and procedures.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support Lean Sigma/Kaizen/ISO continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
  • Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Job description

About The Role This position will lead, train and mentor new/existing employees through the direction of work and allocation of tasks in multiple functions within the Logistics Center (i.e. receiving, shipping, inventory control and/or slotting of Logistics Work Orders). Acts as a liaison for the Manager to employees while providing administrative and technical support. Utilizes a Warehouse Management system, TD SYNNEX programs and all necessary equipment to troubleshoot issues involving order and product flow and identify potential root causes. Positively supports continuous improvement initiatives (i.e. utilizing Lean Sigma techniques, updating SOP's, developing & implementing solutions).

Warehouse Lead 4:00 am to 12:30 pm $22/hr.

What You'll Do

  • Preform additional duties as assigned.
  • Meet attendance and punctuality standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous Work Experience:

  • shipping, receiving and/or inventory control, integration work order flow,

Internal candidates: Minimum of two (3) years high volume Logistics and/or Logistics Center warehouse experience. Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Logistics functions such as SAP-WMS, SOP's,

  • External candidates: minimum of five (5) years high volume Logistics Center warehouse experience outlined above.
  • Lead experience preferred.

Education/Certifications

  • Preferred: Associate degree
  • Required: High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Working Conditions

  • Distribution center environment may include: exposure to extreme temperatures; high noise levels; high places; wet and/or humid conditions; and outside weather conditions
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires
