Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to drive planning, execution and optimization of warehouse, transportation and customer services. You will lead policy development, staff development and cost control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 8–10 years of logistics/factory experience, strong MS Office skills, and proactive problem solving. A safety-focused mindset and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a Warehouse/Logistics/Factory environment.
• Experience managing logistics of a factory environment or similar.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• First-Aid or CPR certification would be an asset.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, Access and proficient in Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in computerized order entry and fulfillment environment.
• Analytical and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Develop employees in Operations including training and performance reviews.
• Control warehouse inventory, equipment and consumables; conduct physical counts.
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate efficient material movement.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, vendors and third-party logistics providers.
• Maintain high inbound/outbound transportation service levels at lowest cost.
• Monitor vendor routing compliance, inbound lead times and costs.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with internal process controls.
• Work safely and report hazards and violations as required.
