Job summary

RPG Squarefoot Solutions in Jessup, Maryland is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to ensure efficient warehouse operations using E-Automate. You will maintain inventory records, process orders, and support shipping, receiving, and quality control.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience with inventory management systems, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
• Proficiency with E-Automate for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations: receiving, shipping, inventory control, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset with growth potential.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using E-Automate and conduct regular audits.
• Process customer orders and monitor statuses for timely deliveries.
• Oversee receiving and shipping, create shipping labels and packing lists.
• Implement quality control in conjunction with E-Automate.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization to improve space utilization.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors.
• Ensure safety protocols and hazardous materials handling.
• Generate KPI reports on order fulfillment, turnover, and shipment accuracy.
