The role emphasizes safety, planning, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma and forklift experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience or power industrial vehicle experience.
• Safety-minded with ability to safely perform all functions of the job.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation.
