Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site Warehouse Associate to manage warehouse movement, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and stock inventory. You will operate forklift equipment and maintain supplies to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes safety, planning, and strong communication with customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma and forklift experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong customer-service mindset.

Where Is The Work

What You Will Do

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
