Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lebanon, IN to support our distribution services. You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory and shipment records, and route non-conforming items through established procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma and less than two years in related fields. We offer competitive pay starting at $20/hour with opportunities to earn up to $22/hour through incentives and shift differentials, plus comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in warehouse support or distribution operations preferred.
CSCP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route per procedures.
Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
