Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate I to join our Vista, CA facility. The role supports temperature-controlled material handling, inventory accuracy, and ERP transactions in SAP within a regulated warehouse environment.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, coordinate transfers between facilities, and ensure documentation complies with safety and GMP requirements. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within Grifols.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma.
• 0-2 years in related experience; GMP experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and use basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage temperature-controlled material in multiple warehouse locations.
• Perform ERP transactions in SAP.
• Process Transfer Orders (TOs), Goods Receipts (GRs).
• Operate warehouse equipment (manual and motorized).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Coordinate transfer and reconciliation of materials between facilities and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety and general warehouse rules and policies in a regulated environment.
