Grifols Diagnostics Solutions in San Diego is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate II for a 1st shift (5–6:30am). You will handle temperature-controlled materials, perform SAP ERP transactions, and manage transfer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and leading shipping/receiving activities.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience or 0–2 years with an AA, plus at least 1 year GMP experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in related experience or 0–2 years with AA.
• Must have at least 1 year GMP experience in a regulated environment.
• May lift up to 55 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manages temperature-controlled materials across multiple warehouse locations.
• Performs ERP transactions in SAP.
• Coordinates transfer orders and reconciles materials between facilities.
• Leads shipping/receiving activities.
• Operates warehouse equipment and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Notifies management of temperature excursions and ensures compliance.
