Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Backup Local Delivery Driver in Ceres, CA. The role includes handling inventory, operating forklifts, and delivering gases to customers with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements (or able to obtain within 90 days).
• Maintain valid driver's license, medical card & endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions in last 3 years or similar incidents.
• No DUI within last seven years.
• Able to work in a drug-free environment.
• Able to lift 75 lbs regularly and move 125 lbs with equipment.
• 1 year of CDL driving in last 5 years or trucking school completion proof.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, stock, and organize incoming gases, supplies and hard-goods; conduct regular inventory audits.
• Safely operate material handling equipment and commercial vehicles to load/unload and deliver on routes.
• Follow safety SOPs, wear PPE, comply with DOT regulations and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Deliver complete delivery documentation and maintain strong customer relationships at each location.
