Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Local Delivery Driver in Lodi, CA. You will operate a company-provided straight or box truck, delivering compressed gas cylinders to local customers and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Requirements include a valid CDL (B) with Hazmat endorsement and the ability to lift heavy loads. Airgas provides a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off; pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A/B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Hazmat is required and candidates must have it.
• Be able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and handle up to 125 lbs with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to customer locations.
• Accurately record deliveries and pickups on load manifests and obtain signatures.
• Follow Airgas safety standards and government regulations (DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA).
• Provide warehouse or dock support as needed.
