Total Warehouse Solutions is hiring Warehouse Team Members for the Monroe, NJ area. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime possible as business needs arise.

During the first two weeks, new hires receive paid training at $15.92 per hour. After training, pay becomes production-based, with weekly earnings estimated at $800–$1,000 depending on workload and individual productivity.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shift.

Responsibilities

• Training during first two weeks at $15.92/hour.
• After training, paid by the load for unloading/loading trailers.
• Work about 30–40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• Earn $800–$1,000 per week based on workload and productivity.
