Total Warehouse Solutions is hiring Warehouse Team Members for the Monroe, NJ area. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime possible as business needs arise.

During the first two weeks, new hires receive paid training at $15.92 per hour. After training, pay becomes production-based, with weekly earnings estimated at $800–$1,000 depending on workload and individual productivity.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shift.

Warehouse Team Member – Loading & Unloading

Monroe Township,NJ | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for reliable, motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our team in Newton, NC. No previous warehouse experience? No problem — we provide training!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and wants the opportunity to increase their weekly earnings through production pay.

First 2 Weeks – Paid Training

• $15.92 per hour
• Receive hands-on training on our warehouse procedures, safety practices, and trailer loading and unloading process.
• Learn how to safely and efficiently complete your assigned work.

After Training – Production Pay

• Get paid by the load for unloading and loading trailers.
• Work approximately 30–40 hours per week.
• Opportunity to earn approximately $800–$1,000 per week, depending on available work, completed loads, and individual productivity.
• The more work you successfully complete, the greater your earning potential.

Please note: Weekly earnings are based on completed loads, available work, and individual productivity.

Schedule

Monday–Friday
6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Overtime and additional shifts may be available depending on business needs.

Sign-On Bonus: $750+

Eligible employees can receive a $750 sign-on bonus:

• $375 after 60 working days
• $375 after 90 working days
