SIMOS is hiring for full-time warehouse roles in Monroe Township, NJ. The positions include Loading/Unloading Associate, Stand Up Pacer/Forklift Operator, and Load Planner with overtime and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, read paperwork on cartons, and read labels.
• 6–12 months of warehouse experience recommended; familiarity with RF scanners.
• Must be able to read carton counts per pallet and separate SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and organize shipments.
• Read labels and paperwork to load into correct doors.
• Operate stand-up Pacer/forklift and move cartons safely.
• Plan, track, and palletize loads in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety rules.
